Travel CVICU Registered Nurse - $2,391 per week
About the role
Join our dedicated team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) where you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients post cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries. Your expertise will be vital in managing complex conditions, including ECMO, LVAD, and heart transplants.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care for patients with a focus on cardiac and vascular conditions.
- Administer critical care drips including inotropes and sedation as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing the EPIC charting system.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Participate in unit orientation and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a CVICU setting.
- CCRN certification is preferred.
- Ability to read telemetry strips and manage critical care scenarios.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
