Duties

• Administers medications
• Checks vital signs
• Alerts doctors of major changes in patient's condition
• Liaises between doctors and patients
• Ensures patients recover comfortably
• Treats and cares for patients following open-heart surgery
• Treats and cares for heart transplant patients
• Educates patient's family on ongoing needs and care

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
