Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures (cardiac & vascular)
• Function as a scrub assistant, maintaining sterile field throughout procedures
• Operate and monitor advanced imaging equipment in both procedure and control rooms
• Document procedure details, images, and patient data accurately
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Educate patients and families on pre/post-procedure expectations
• Maintain inventory and ensure readiness for complex interventions
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and protocols

Requirements

• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab / Cardiovascular Lab
• Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and imaging systems
• Ability to function in high-acuity, fast-paced environments

Preferred: 2+ years of Cath Lab / Cardiology experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One of the following credentials:
  • ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
  • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) – within 18 months
  • RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
  • RRT with cardiovascular certification
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• Fluoroscopy Certification

Preferred: Associate’s Degree

Pay

$3,800+ per week

Schedule

• 13-week assignment: 09/21/2026 – 12/19/2026
• Day shift, 5×8s (40 hours per week)
• On-call required ($5/hour)
