Travel CT Technologist - $3,250 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Presque Isle, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and images in the medical record system.
• Adhere to radiation dose guidelines to minimize patient exposure.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret and report imaging results.

Requirements

• Current state-issued certification as a CT Technologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation protection principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and software.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
