About the role
ProLink Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Schenectady, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Work in a 40-hour per week schedule, rotating 10-hour shifts on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Handle float and on-call requirements, including 3 days of call per month, with at least one weekend day
- Manage ventilators and common drips as needed
- Work within a block schedule that includes biweekly RTO/shift scheduling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR and PACS systems
- Knowledge of common diagnosis and patient age groups (adults, rarely pediatrics)
- Ability to work in a 40-hour per week schedule with 10-hour shifts on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Flexibility to handle float and on-call requirements, including weekends
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of New York
- Experience with common drips and injections is preferred
Skills
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR and PACS systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
