Location: Mount Pleasant, WI – a growing community in southeastern Wisconsin near Lake Michigan, within driving distance of Chicago and Milwaukee.

Facility: 60‑bed Level IV Trauma Center and Stroke‑Ready facility offering comprehensive imaging services 24/7. The CT department operates two scanners (Canon 80‑Slice and 40‑Slice) with a dedicated team of imaging patient assistants, a radiology nurse, phlebotomy, a house supervisor, and a lead CT technologist.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week (10‑hour evening shifts)
• Set schedule with weekend rotation
• Holidays worked only if they fall on a scheduled shift
• No floating to other units
• No on‑call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 20 CT scans per shift
• Image outpatient, emergency department, inpatient, and Level IV Trauma patients
• Scan a range of patients from toddlers to adults (infant cases are rare)
• Conduct scans including strokes, brain CTAs, CT perfusions, abdomen, extremities, spine, neck, head, and pulmonary embolisms
• Assist with IV starts, CT perfusions, and biopsies/special procedures as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 + years acute‑care CT experience (10 + years required for first‑time travelers)
• ARRT certification (CT)
• Wisconsin state license
• BLS certification
• Professional solid‑color scrubs (no graphics, logos, or designs)

Skills & Equipment

• Experience with Canon and Toshiba CT scanners (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR (preferred) and McKesson PACS
• Medication dispensing via Pyxis
• Ability to work independently and comfortably in a fast‑paced trauma environment

Pay

• Estimated gross weekly pay: $3,160
• Contract completion bonus: $500
• Pay based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (tax‑free stipend amount to be determined)
