TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week travel job in West Reading, Pennsylvania. The position requires 1 year of experience and involves performing computed tomography procedures, ensuring accurate imaging, and providing patient care. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with night shifts (8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients
• Interpret doctors' written instructions and position patients for scans
• Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and maintain patient records
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
• BLS certification
• ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography
• State-specific licensing when required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
