Travel CT Technologist - $2,980 per week

Job Summary

The role is a CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist located in Lodi, California. This position involves operating CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic purposes. Duties also include performing various imaging procedures such as general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology (Preferred)
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice: Required in CA
• Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA
• Venipuncture certification: Required in CA, if performing venipuncture
• Facility-specific Venipuncture (IV) certification: Required
• A minimum of 0 years of experience

Additional Information

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients across a wide age range
• Produces reformatted images
• Uses Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and teleradiology systems to transfer images
• Maintains accurate records
• Ensures patient data confidentiality per HIPAA
• Performs routine equipment maintenance
• Manages supplies

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
