About the role
This position involves providing advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging services in a busy Level III Trauma Center. The role requires working night shifts, including call shifts, in a fast-paced environment with a broad range of patient cases including emergency and critical care.
Shift schedule
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 2–3 call shifts per month
- Fixed weekend rotation
- Minimum 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Perform general, diagnostic, and interventional CT procedures
- Assist with CT procedures and support imaging needs in a Level III Trauma Center
Required qualifications
- ARRT certification in CT
- Current Washington state license
- BLS certification
- Acute care experience
- Experience with Siemens and other high-end CT equipment
Work environment
- Busy Level III Trauma Center with over 100 patients seen in a 24-hour period
- Orientation includes at least 1 week in department
- Support provided by lead CT technologist, radiologist, and ER staff
