Travel CT Technologist - $2,903 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week night‑shift assignment in Troy, New York. The position is based in a hospital‑based CT department that serves ER patients, uses a Siemens Definition AS scanner, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS, and requires ARRT certification, New York licensure, and at least two years of CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT examinations except specialty studies such as virtual colonoscopy and cardiac CT.
• Provide imaging services for ER patients.
• Work the night shift schedule: Monday‑Tuesday‑Wednesday, 6 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Operate independently from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. with support from an imaging aide for patient transport.
• Utilize the Siemens Definition AS CT scanner, Epic EMR, and Visage PACS system.
• Demonstrate full competency in CT exams and the ability to scan independently.

Requirements

• ARRT certification.
• New York State license.
• New York State license to inject.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT scanning experience.
• Ability to scan independently and demonstrate full competency in CT exams for ER patients.

Schedule

• Night shift, 5 × 8‑hour shifts per week (40 hours total).
• Regular shift: Monday‑Tuesday‑Wednesday, 6 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Midnight technologist works independently from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. with imaging‑aid support for patient transport.
