Travel CT Technologist - $2,846 per week
About the role
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an evening shift position requiring ARRT certification, 1+ year of CT experience, and proficiency across a broad range of CT procedures including CTAs, abdomen, chest, and spine.
Responsibilities
- Inpatient and outpatient CT department within a community hospital setting, with exposure to OR and ER cases
- CT scan rooms with a daily caseload of approximately 50 patients
- CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and CTAs
- PACS experience required; IV start experience preferred
- Toshiba scanner experience preferred
- 5x8 hour evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Schedule includes every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with flexibility on the remaining two days per week
- Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals may be required
Requirements
- Current BLS and ARRT certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of CT technologist experience required
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, OR, ER, and community hospital settings required
- Proficiency with PACS required
- Licenses required if applicable; pending license accepted
- One supervisor reference required for consideration

Pre-start online modules are required to be completed before the assignment begins
Candidates who previously worked at this facility as permanent staff or per diem must have been separated for at least 3 months from their last shift worked
Requested time off (RTO) of no more than 5 days is preferred
Local candidates are accepted for this Radiology position
13-week contract minimum; longer contract interest may be considered
Skills
