Travel CT Technologist - $2,710 per week

Job Summary

The healthcare professional specializes in Computed Tomography (CT) technology and is based in Salem, Virginia. This position involves performing routine scans and angiography procedures, starting IVs, and administering contrast injections in a busy radiology department. The role requires working independently within a team environment to deliver high-quality imaging services, including QA phantom scans on GE multi-slice CT scanners.

Job Details

• Location: Salem, VA
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, start date 08/24/2026
• Weekend night shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM, with call every 6th week
• Dress code: Dark Grey/Charcoal or Pewter scrubs
• No floating areas required

Required Qualifications

• ARRT-CT certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• GE experience and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with 5+ years of CT experience are considered first

Unit Information

• Radiology Department with 506 beds and a staff of 14 technologists
• One technologist per shift with specific responsibilities during night hours
• Day, Second, and Night shifts available
• Team performs routine and angio scans, QA phantom scans weekly, and contrast procedures
