Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of relevant experience required
• License required if applicable
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered (local candidates not accepted)
• Former Emory or Houston Methodist staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request permitted per assignment
