Travel CT Technologist - $2,710 per week
Job Description & Requirements
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 18-week assignment in Forks, Washington starting September 14, 2026. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and operates on a 1-shift schedule.
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification (preferred)
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
- Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary)
- Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
- Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
- Must have the ability to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
- Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate
Essential Work Functions
The CT Tech will operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They will prepare patients for the procedure, position patients with considerations for safety and image accuracy, ensure proper imaging protocols are followed, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. CT Techs will also maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure and provide compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
