Travel CT Technologist - $2,675 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. Start date: 09/14/2026.

About the Role

This is a travel position with a duration of 13 weeks, requiring 36 hours per week on a 12-hour flexible shift. The role is ideal for a CT Technologist looking to work with one of our top healthcare clients through a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
• Set controls on equipment, monitor patients, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast, if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images, and label appropriately.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Eighteen months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
• State licensure as required (most states require it).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
