Travel CT Technologist - $2,560 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel assignment in Appleton, WI. This is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' written instructions and position patients accurately for scans.
• Operate computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal structures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and ensure they are passed to physicians for interpretation.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Utilize the McKesson PACS system for image management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• BLS certification and ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State-specific licensing where required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting an assignment.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
