Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 3 years of CT and Radiology experience
• Qualified applicants MUST have ARRT certification, VA license, and BLS (AHA) certification
• Knowledge of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology required
• Valid Radiology license in Virginia required
• Be willing to obtain or maintain Virginia state licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services to a diverse patient population
• Perform accurate and high-quality CT and radiography procedures, ensuring adherence to imaging protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients of all ages, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Aid with contrast injections and invasive procedures as directed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and compliance with safety standards

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
