About the role
PRN Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and preparation for imaging studies.
- Operate and maintain computed tomography equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines and hospital policies.
- Document patient information accurately and prepare reports for radiologists.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a CT Technologist.
- Experience with computed tomography equipment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification exam.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
