Job Notes
- 2 years of experience required.
- Level 1/Stroke experience preferred.
- ARRT CT license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Ohio license required or willingness to obtain one.
- Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission.
- Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward.
- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission.
- For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required to qualify for submission.
- Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
