About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026 in Roswell, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Confirm patient identification
- Review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients
- Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies
- Capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues using computed tomography equipment
- Evaluate CT scans to determine technical quality
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Administer radiocontrast agents to patients
- Follow safety procedures when working with radiation
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
Requirements
- 1 year of experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT (CT) national certification
- State-specific licensing if required
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Qualifications
- BLS, ARRT (CT)
- 2 years of experience
Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, lean, or stoop easily
