About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and images.
- Adhere to radiation dose guidelines to protect patients and staff.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret images.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a CT Technologist.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of radiation protection principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification exam.
Skills
- Proficiency with computed tomography equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
