Travel CT Tech - Make $2,712/week - $2,895/week

About the role

Aya Healthcare is seeking a CT Tech in New Orleans, LA. This position offers a pay range of $2712 to $2895 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available as either 3, 12-hour nights (19:30 - 08:00) or 4, 10-hour nights (21:30 - 08:00).

Responsibilities

• Perform various CT scans including abdomen, adult acute care, adult outpatient, brain perfusion, cervical, chest, lumbar, pelvis, thoracic, vascular, and more.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
• Measure region of interest using MPR, SSI, and VR techniques.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
• Administer venipunctures and peripheral IVs.
• Utilize Epic charting system.
• Follow isolation precautions and PPE guidelines.
• Work in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
• Complete various imaging procedures as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT.
