Travel CT Tech - $2,697 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with Siemens scanner experience and active ARRT certification for a day shift contract at a hospital in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Siemens scanner
• Perform CT scans under supervision
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS (AHA) required
• CA Venipuncture Certification required
• CRT required
• Siemens scanner experience required
• Epic EMR experience required, or combined Epic/Cerner experience, within the last 6 months of work history
• Minimum 1.5 years of continuous experience in CT
• 1 year of total travel experience required, including 6+ months of continuous travel experience leading up to submission with no gaps (exceptions for brief onboarding/relocation periods of 2-3 weeks or pre-approved vacations)

Qualifications

• Candidate must live more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates who have been on assignment in San Diego for the last 9+ months are considered local and are not eligible
• A maximum of 7 days RTO will be considered; no new RTO requests after submission
• Must be available for an interview same day or within the next 3 business days
• One supervisory-level reference required for consideration
• Previous travelers must wait 1 year after leaving before returning to this facility
• International travelers must have at least 1 year of recent U.S.-based work experience

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
