Travel CT Tech - $2,074 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a Diagnostic Radiology department at an acute care hospital in Maysville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures
• Use GE CT scanner for imaging
• Work with Meditech EHR system
• Serve all patient populations, including adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
• Work 12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, every other weekend required
• No call required, but call shifts are available for those interested
• Float requirement includes performing X-ray as needed in addition to CT

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Proficient in both CT and X-ray imaging
• ARRT registration in Radiology required; CT registration recommended
• AHA certifications required
• Kentucky Radiation Operator's License required (if applicable)
• Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Candidate must be able to work independently

• Valid Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Skills

• Knowledge of Meditech EHR system
• Ability to work independently

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, every other weekend required.
