Travel CT Tech - $2,074 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 15-week night shift travel contract at an acute care community hospital in Georgetown, KY.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging across a diverse patient population including infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in a radiology/CT department of a 75-bed acute care community hospital
• Operate GE Lightspeed 16 and 64-slice CT scanners and GE XR imaging equipment
• Use EMR system: MedHost
• Accept on-call assignments for regularly scheduled shifts
• Be available to report to the facility within 30 minutes of notification
• Work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CT and X-ray
• ARRT (R) certification required; BLS (AHA) certification required
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required
• KY State Radiation License required (if applicable)
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate critical thinking and decisive judgment
• Black scrubs required

Qualifications

• Must reside 60+ miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
