Job Requirements

• Valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start
• American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU
• NIHSS certification required
• Fit Test required
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
• Trinity Skills Checklist required for clinical contractors
• Documentation of physical/health statement within the last year
• Current immunizations or proof of vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine (with booster or declination/exemption), MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required with chest xray if positive TB as per region guidelines
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality and Security Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA only), IA Sing Report, OFAC screening

Schedule Information

Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH) schedule

Unit Specific Information

Unit includes Critical Care Units such as CCU, MICU, SICU, ED, and PACU

Additional Details

• Prior travel experience not explicitly required
• Drug screen: Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start, must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature
• Resume and Skills Checklist within a year, and 2 Professional References required for submission
