About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a job in Fairfield, California.
Responsibilities
- Treat acutely ill patients with life-threatening conditions
- Provide continuous vigilance and high-intensity therapies
- Work in various ICU specializations including medical, surgical, cardiac, burn, and Neuro ICU
Requirements
- Current RN license in California
- At least 1 year of critical care experience
- Passing scores on NCLEX-RN
Qualifications
- Experience in ICU setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage stress and handle fast-paced environments
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of critical care protocols
