Travel Counselor
About the role
Our 24/7 travel department plays a vital role in Epic’s overall success. As a Travel Counselor, you will coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting our customers and provide support when travel plans don't go as expected. You’ll manage all aspects of corporate travel—including hotel reservations and air and ground transportation—for our staff of over 14,000. Travel Counselors also support our customers through some reception duties.
Location & relocation
This position is based on our campus in Verona, WI (just outside Madison) and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. You must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers
- Provide support when travel plans change unexpectedly
- Manage all aspects of corporate travel: hotel reservations, air and ground transportation
- Support customers through reception duties
Requirements
- Available to work 2nd shift (6 pm–2 am) Tuesday–Saturday
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

Compensation
Merit-based compensation reflects the impact your work has on the company and our customers. You'll also be eligible for annual raises and bonuses, as well as stock grants, giving you an even greater stake in the success of Epic and our customers.
Schedule
2nd shift: 6 pm–2 am, Tuesday through Saturday (workweek & hourly shift differential included).
