About the role

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), providing occupational therapy services to long-term care residents under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to long-term care residents under supervision.
• Ensure quality rehabilitation care and accurate documentation.
• Adhere to facility policies.
• Participate in float rotations as required.
• Deliver therapy in a fast-paced, long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon licensure.
• Certification as a COTA.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in SNF settings.
• Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR.

Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a team within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in long-term care protocols.
• Strong documentation skills (preferred).
• Adaptability and efficiency essential.

Schedule

8-hour days, at least 40 hours weekly.
