About the role
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under occupational therapist supervision to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
- Focus on rehabilitation within a skilled nursing environment, adhering to care standards and facility policies.
- Deliver therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, document care, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure compliance with standards of care.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a COTA.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
- Experience in SNF settings is preferred but not required.

Schedule
