Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Fort Worth, Texas. Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant; Discipline: Therapy; Start Date: ASAP; Duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; Shift: 8 hours, days; Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises outlined in a treatment plan developed in collaboration with an occupational therapist.
• Assess the learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers with regards to age, level of understanding and emotional status.
• Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning, implementation and monitoring of patient's progress.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
• Incorporate the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.

Requirements

• Earned an Associates degree from an accredited school or a certificate from a community, technical or vocational college.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA or actively in the process of applying for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
