Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position in Montesano, Washington. Specialty: SNF / LTC. Start date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 5×8 days, 40 hours per week (8-hour day shifts). Employment type: Travel contract.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current COTA license in the state of Washington (or in the immediate process of obtaining WA licensure)

Pay
