Travel COTA - SNF / LTC - $1,046 per week

About the role

A great SNF / LTC in Bucyrus, Ohio is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a travel contract assignment. Start date: 10/12/2026; duration: 16 weeks. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises outlined in a treatment plan developed in collaboration with an occupational therapist.
• Assess the learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers with regards to age, level of understanding and emotional status.
• Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning, implementation and monitoring of patient progress.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements

• Earned an Associate’s degree from an accredited school or a certificate from a community, technical or vocational college.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 5.0‑hour shifts and 25.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

25 hours per week; shifts are 5 hours, days schedule.
