About the role

A travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position is available in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their occupational performance.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patient recovery and independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passport required for travel assignments.
