About the role

As a Traveling Physical Therapist with TheraTroopers, you’ll work alongside passionate rehab teams across the country while helping patients regain independence and quality of life. Whether you're a new grad eager to learn or an experienced PT looking for something more fulfilling, this opportunity lets you grow professionally while exploring new places and communities.

We are currently seeking adventurous and flexible Physical Therapists willing to travel to our affiliated facilities across 17 states, including: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey
• Track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Support safe and successful discharge planning

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Open to all experience levels — new grads encouraged to apply
• Flexible, positive, and excited to travel
