Physical Therapist – Travel Contract

Job Overview

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Develop individualized rehab plans based on patient needs
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Implement therapeutic exercises and recovery programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care team members
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support patient mobility, strength, and functional recovery

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (MN or compact eligible)
• Prior clinical PT experience preferred
• Travel assignment experience preferred
• Strong documentation and patient management skills
• Able to commit to full 13-week assignment

Pay

$60 – $61 per hour
Estimated weekly pay: $2,400 – $2,440 (based on 40 hours/week)
