Responsibilities

• Create tailor-made trips for U.S.-based customers
• Manage the entire sales process over the phone and through video calls
• Provide personalized travel advice and plan trips
• Finalize contracts with customers
• Use in-house tools to plan and book trips
• Work towards ambitious monthly sales targets
• Contribute to Tourlane's success

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in business administration, sales, tourism, or a related field
• Solid professional experience
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Enjoys learning new tools and using them efficiently
• Strong organizational skills

• Base salary of $48,000 - $58,000 USD plus uncapped monthly commission
