Travel Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Travel Consultant to work on a contract basis. The role involves curating personalized travel itineraries for clients, coordinating with vendors to secure reservations, and managing bookings. This is a remote position allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions while ensuring competitive pricing and availability.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel documents, and emergency contact information.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and adjust travel plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations.

Pay

$25 - $40/hour
