Travel Consultant — Holidays Desk

Explera Vacations is hiring a full-time, in-house Travel Consultant for the Holidays Desk in Surat. Design and sell international and domestic holiday packages—from initial WhatsApp enquiry to a fully-booked itinerary with flights, hotels, visas, and transfers on one invoice.

What you’ll do

• Understand each traveller’s brief and build tailored itineraries with transparent, written quotes.
• Convert enquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins; follow up to closure.
• Coordinate with the visa, flights, and hotel desks so every booking is complete end to end.
• Stay current on destinations, seasons, fares, and visa rules.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Sales and follow-up discipline.
• Destination knowledge (Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Europe a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Graduate in any stream; travel & tourism diploma (IATA/UFTAA/TTM) preferred.
• 1–3 years in travel sales (freshers with strong communication welcome).
