About the role
Travel position in Sioux City, Iowa covering CT and X-ray at multiple trauma centers, including:
- Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge (Level 3)
- Moline (Level 2)
- Muscatine (Level 4)
- Rock Island (Level 1)
40 hours per week, 10-hour night shifts.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience
- At least 1 completed travel contract
- RT(R)(CT) certification and Iowa Permit to Practice
- Epic experience
- State license (Iowa Compact allowed Day 1)
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
- Siemens Edge equipment experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission)
- License verification
- Copy of required certifications
- 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
