About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings. This position requires expertise in critical care and NICU treatments to provide high-quality respiratory therapy for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to patients in the NICU environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic charting system.
• Participate in all required block schedules, ensuring coverage during assigned shifts.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards of practice.

Requirements

• Valid RRT certification.
• Previous critical care and NICU experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule & Work Conditions

Night shifts: 3 shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00). Rotations include every other weekend. Block schedules are implemented to ensure consistent staffing. Expected patient care ratio is 1:15.
