Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Auxiliary in patient and family education to support therapy goals
• Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain
• Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
