Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with treatment sessions such as ADL retraining, mobility, strengthening, and use of adaptive equipment
• Following established care plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and chronic conditions
• Documenting interventions, patient responses, and progress in electronic medical records
• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, other therapy professionals, nursing staff, and social services
• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and family education

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensed with SNF experience
• PREFERRED: Travel experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
