Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Salinas, California. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a 3x12 flex schedule starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (COCS)
• Current California license to practice as a therapist
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a background check

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
