Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $1,440 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Current state license required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
