Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - $1,900 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Glendive, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote independence and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Active COTA License

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
