About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
Requirements
- Active COTA License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
