About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Butte, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF/LTC)
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
Requirements
- Active COTA License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
