About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 12-week assignment in Normal, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
