About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in improving functional skills and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role offers flexibility, professional support, and growth opportunities. New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
• Absorb and assist patients with functional activities, ADLs, and mobility
• Maintain patient progress and communicate updates to supervising OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• New graduates welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
